I’m Jacqueline Duckson, owner of Caring Transitions of Fort Mill, proudly serving Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and Indian Land.
For more than 20 years, I served in federal, military, and public health roles, leading teams through complex transitions and partnering with senior leaders to bring clarity, structure, and care to challenging situations. Those experiences taught me how to listen deeply, plan thoughtfully, and follow through with integrity — values I now bring to every family I support.
As a military veteran, service is more than a word to me — it’s a way of life. My journey to Caring Transitions began when I helped my own parents navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of downsizing. That experience opened my eyes to how comforting it is to have a single, trusted partner who manages the details with both precision and compassion.
At Caring Transitions of Fort Mill, my mission is simple: to guide families through life’s changes with empathy, diligence, and respect. I take the time to understand your unique needs, create a tailored plan, and handle every step with care — so you can focus on what truly matters most.
I’m honored to serve our community and to be someone you can trust when it’s time to move forward.
